I have stayed at this hotel 6 or 7 times over a period of 4 years, before and after the Covid pandemic. There are better hotels in regards to quality of rooms, amenities, cleaniness, etc. So why Have I stayed here so many times? The rooms are big and include plenty of space for enjoying food in your own suite with Microwave, Fridge, Table and Chairs and plenty of cupboard space. The Bedroom and bedding are always clean, as are the separate toilet and the combined toilet and shower. Inside the wardrobe you may find some dust on the shelves and yes, you may find that the wardrobes have no hangers, which is frustrating.

Very good experience! Stayed only for 2 nights but the staff were so nice and so helpful as we had a huge flight delay problem for one of us, and they really tried their best to make everything comfortable and on time, and kept a taxi stand by for the delay arrival, and made fabulous dinner and kept it in the room. Rooms are amazing and clean! Very good location. Highly recommend!

When I booked, Booking.com rating was 9.8 for this property. Very absurd. I can’t imagine this property can get more than 2. The hotel is bit ran down with no maintenance. Staffs are totally useless though they are polite and welcoming. No room service no housekeeping. no tea coffee maker in room. Room size was good. Cleanliness is definitely an issue. Breakfast is horrible. No cereal, no sandwich. they will give you a pizza type jordonian bread preparation provided the cook is there. Check-in was nightmare. On arrival around 19:30ish I was asked for my passport and told that room key will be given within 5 minutes !!! but in reality we had to wait for 25+ min to get the room key… The day prior my check-out, I booked a RTPCT test through the reception. I asked for an appointment at 9am. The reception guy Mr Malik booked it for 10am !! When I challenged in morning, he said he is contacting the lab and then mentioned the PCR will be at 9:30am. In reality no one came until 10:40am!!! About the result I have been told it will be 5-6 hrs for the report and he will leave it printed in reception. When I asked for the report at 7pm , nobody could provide me the report. Then the reception rang mr. Malik and he said he will come in next half an hr and give me the result. No need to mention he did not come until next one hour. And neither he sent me the report in wapp/email even though I repeatedly requested. He came in reception then from reception he whatsapped me the report!!!. In my experience whatever I have been told by the hotel stuffs are true lies. One last info. The wardrobes do not have any hanger !!! unbelievable.

If you are Western Women I advise you stay away from this hotel! Indecent staff judging you at every step you take. Talking between themselves about you, spreading derogatory comments, even taking a mobile phone videos, trying to prove all women from west have lose morals. Absolutely ridicules! Unable to get hold of management to complain as they are never around when I'm calling and not returning calls.

The hotel is new (2018) and the rooms are clean and spacious. No noise from outside,even if our room was on the main road to Amman. Staff was not very helpful and breakfast was really poor! Dinner instead , was not so bad….but you have to arrive early. Not very close to downtown, but easy to reach by Taxi that are very cheap!
